By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Vanina's Custom Threads provides custom apparel decoration services, including but not limited to:

• Screen Printing
• Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing
• Embroidery
• Heat Transfers
• Custom Apparel Sales

All products are custom-made to the specifications approved by the customer.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is approved and payment is received.
• Additional charges may apply for artwork revisions, specialty garments, rush orders, oversized prints, or custom requests.

• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production.

Approval confirms that:

• Artwork is correct.
• Spelling and grammar are accurate.
• Colors, placement, sizing, and quantities have been reviewed.

Vanina's Custom Threads is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Production time generally begins after:

• Payment is received, and
• Final artwork approval has been provided.

Estimated production times are not guaranteed and may vary due to supplier availability, holidays, shipping delays, equipment maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Because every order is custom-made:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, garment dye lots, printing methods, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
• Garment sizing may vary by manufacturer.

Minor variations do not constitute defects.

While we take every precaution, Vanina's Custom Threads is not responsible for damage, shrinkage, print imperfections, or replacement costs for customer-supplied garments due to the nature of the printing and embroidery process.

Once an order leaves our facility or is picked up, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges are offered for custom products unless there is a verified manufacturing or production error caused by Vanina's Custom Threads.
• Customers must notify us of any production issues within 7 days of receiving their order.
• If an error is determined to be our responsibility, we may, at our discretion:
  
  • Repair the item,
  • Reprint the order,
  • Replace the affected items, or
  • Issue store credit or a refund.

Normal wear, improper washing, misuse, customer-supplied artwork issues, or damage occurring after delivery are not covered.

To maximize the life of printed apparel:

• Wash inside out.
• Machine wash cold.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly on printed areas.
• Do not dry clean unless garment instructions specifically allow it.

Failure to follow care instructions may reduce the life of the decoration and is not covered under our production guarantee.

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for printing.

Vanina's Custom Threads is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Vanina's Custom Threads may photograph completed products and use those images for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanina's Custom Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
